Please ensure that you select the correct program based on the service area of your organization (Windsor-Essex County or Chatham-Kent).

1. Prior to completing this application, we encourage you to visit the Community Services Recovery Fund website. The website includes a brief Where to Apply quiz that will direct you to the correct National Funder. 

2. Please read the Applicant Guide and the Application Form to ensure you understand the CSRF application form questions and process. 

3. You must register an account to begin your application.

4. Once registered, ensure you have selected the correct program for your service area (Windsor-Essex or Chatham-Kent).

5. Complete all required fields of the application form and submit when you are ready. Note that you can save your progress and return to your application later.
